I have done a DLO covering a bit of the gold rush in New Zealand. I am glad I have learned about this topic it gave me a a chance to look at the history of my country of New Zealand.

Fitness results

Hello everyone welcome back to my blog.

We have been doing some P.E. We have done a lot of activities. I am extremely happy about my beep test I got to level 7 and it was the first time I did it.
I'm not happy about my vertical jump I only jumped 35cm.
I am very happy with my fitness I can already feel that I'm getting better.  I would love to improve on my vertical jump and 30m sprint (which I got 5.6 seconds on).
