For all of 2019 we have been doing Hotspot writing.
In my last blog post we talked about using 'the' in are sentences 'the' is one of the many ways to change telling sentences into describing sentences.
Here is my newest piece of writing and its image.
Find five things related to the senses to describe in this image. Start each one with ‘The…’
- The scary storm made humongous waves in the pacific ocean.
2. The thunder was loud with cracking booms.
3. The hail made splashes.
4.The lightning struck the water and there was an electrical buzz on the ocean.
5. The waves crashed into each other around the rubbish.

Hello Luke it is Michaela here. I really like that you said that you guys are using the word 'the'. When I read the sentence that said here is my newest piece of writing and its image maybe next's time you can change the sentence to make it more sense . But anyway it is a awesome blog post.
