Swimming before

Hello everyone welcome back to my blog.

Over the past week we have been doing some swimming lessons at Canterbury swim school. We have been learning bubble and breathe, bubble and breathe is when you are meant to roll your head and take a breath when your arm is fully straight. I have noticed in my video that I need to be kicking on the top of the water not inside of the water. As you heard in my last sentence I talked about how you need to roll your head i don't think I am very good at roiling my head in this video.

Here is my video

Thank you for reading my blog. Please leave a comment.
kind regards
Luke

  2. Hi Luke,

I like your blog about swimming I notice that you are sometime standing up when you need to breath. My swimming teacher told me you should blow bubble and then take a small breath. And to relax your head on your arm. hope you do that at swimming today.Bye
